I started with a peice of daisy white cardstock and embossed it with a star embossing folder and then used distress oxides - Mustard Seed, Peacock feathers and picked raspberry to make a rainbow blending them together.
Then I layered a blue card thin cut using the Sunburst thin cut. I stamped a Congrats on white daisy and matted it with the blue and cut into a pennant shape. I adhered with 3D foam tape.
