I decided to make something a little different, I decided to make a Welcome Back Banner for my workmate Meg who has been on leave for about a month. I pulled out my Pacifica, Lemon, Cranberry and Emerald cardstock and cut 3 inch strip and then cut them into a bunting shapes.
The white letters are cut with the ABC Thin Cuts and I stuck the letters on with Tombow adhesive, then onto my old black and white twine with washi tape. The length of the twine was determined by what was left on the role. I didn't measure it at all.
I'm going to put the bunting up in our office to welcome my workmate back. I've missed her. Primary colours are really fun. It would have also looked good with Black letters but I ran out of black cardstock and need to re-stock.
Thanks so much for dropping by to check out my latest project. Hope you can join in the Colour My Heart Color Dare Challenge #358 too. I'm really interested to hear what you think about it, so I'd love you to leave a comment. See you again soon. If you don't have a Close to My Heart Consultant (and you're in Australia) feel free to contact me either on this blog or via my website HERE.
