I decided to make a selection of purple cards with a theme for my friend who started Chemo & Radiation last week. So the cards are all uplifting messages and I pulled out a whole heap of old stamp sets and one of the new stamp sets called Keep Your Head Up
This stamp set is a charity fundraiser... With every purchase of this stamp set, all proceeds will be donated to relief efforts for fighting the Australian bush fires (AU Red Cross). It's such a great stamp and the heart makes a great random stamping pattern. It is really great to colour in with the TriBlend™ Marker Bundle
I picked out the Charcoal grey and used the two toned sides (light/dark) and the purple ribbon and grey floral patterns from an old pack. I also grabbed the purple and matching ink to the cardstock. I was able to create a set of cards all with great sentiments for someone who is ill (but useful in so many other instances too).
Thanks so much for dropping by to check out my latest project. Hope you can join in the Colour My Heart Color Dare Challenge #382 too. I'm really interested to hear what you think about my cards, so I'd love you to leave a comment. See you again soon. If you don't have a Close to My Heart Consultant (and you're in Australia) feel free to contact me either on this blog or via my website HERE.
