Today I would like to share with you my project which features the New Year's Cheer—November Stamp of the Month available exclusively throughout November 2016 for $27 or for just $7.50 when you spend $75.
I made the following invitation using the New Year's Cheer—November Stamp of the Month. I didn't take any progress photos this time. I made a stand up invitation card that can fit in our CTMH standard 4.25 x 5.5 sized envelopes when flat. I thought guests could have it standing up on their mantle or hall table or something to remind them of when the party is going to be held.
I started with a 9.5 x 4 inch piece of White Daisy Cardstock
. Then I folded it in half and then scored it at 2 inches from the centre on one side and folded that too.
I covered the front of the card/invite with Gold Foil Vellum paper from the Rustic Home Fundamentals paper pack {It was a bit hard to photograph the shiny paper}. The piece was a little long so I cut it 3/4 inches wide stripe and placed it along the bottom section.
I stamped the stipped banner stamp with Black Memento™ Ink Pad and fussy cut it out with my Non-stick Micro-tip Scissors. Then I added a scrap piece of Black Cardstock. I did the same with the Invitation section with free-hand fussy cutting.
To add the banner I used 3-D Foam Tape so the fold up section could stand up. I stamped the wine/champagne glasses with Black Memento™ Ink Pad and fussy cut them out with my Non-stick Micro-tip Scissors. Then I stuck them on using my Duck® Easy Stick™ Adhesive.
